Train Catcher

…and then life called out to her with arms wide open and she ran to them like a train without brakes. And she was blinded by the trajectory but barreled forward through memories yet to be put to rest, loves that lingered as if still present, and moments yet to be unraveled. And she felt free in this momentary chaos, raw and untouchable. She was moved by anything, anyone that caused her pause. And she would stand still briefly and say “I know you well” with arms wide open and allow them to run to her like a train without brakes.

Train Catching

I took a mini field trip to Sacramento this week to check out the sites and ended up in Old Town Sacramento. Fun little place. I stopped by the California State Railroad Museum to add to my Transportation portfolio. Very cool old trains.
